So yeah. I got diplomacy and trained it to level 2 for a reason. I have a -5.74 standing with the khanids. I wouldnt care but I have to go through their space and I dont feel like being shot at.
Ladies and gentlemen if you do agent missions this may one day be your reward.
Anyway today I went though khanid space again today for the first time in forever, and low and behold, with my new polished standing of -4.48 with diplomacy to 2, I still got targetted and shot at.
I would like to ask why the skill does not work, and why is it even for sale if such is true? Seems pointless if it isnt going to help, and the only reason I bought it was so the khanids, in their infinite hospitality, would leave me the hell alone.
I would like this corrected please, and soon. I dont mean to be rude but this game has enough things that dont work.

Well I submitted a formal bug report thingy. I hope this gets fixed soon as it is an important issues, but we shall see how important it really is to the devs...

Oh believe me I will keep breathing. Its not like anything old and buggy gets fixed. Only new buggy things are added and stuff that wasnt buggy before is changed to that it doesnt work right anymore...
I guess the diplomacy skill should not be out on the market if it doesnt apply itself. It would be nice if CCP wouldve stated that otherwise I wouldnt have wasted my time and isk.

At least when it does finally decide to work after a dev getting up off their ass and doing something, I will be good to go, as well as anyone else thats wasted their time and isk so far on this skill.
I am sorry for my negative words but I am paying good money for this game. I think more care should be taken when implementing new things to make sure they work right BEFORE they are released to the public. Things like this that dont work should also be fixed the INSTANT they are realized as such. Funny thought.
I pray that shiva has been given more thoughts than this skill. My god.

Aw god armin, sorry to see that. I have been lucky to avoid them. Although when eve lags out, and I am sitting there... Man can I cuss at the screen. This definitely needs to be solved immediately, a lot of us are depending on this skill so we DONT have to waste time with more asinine missions from agents that give us 10 units of water for killing an entire army that have no bounties.
Armin should definitely get his ship back. Ladies and gentlemen if you didnt read it the first time, THIS IS YOUR REWARD FOR DOING AGENT MISSIONS. I really wish the person thats supposed to fix this would appear and either fix it or say something and THEN fix it. Either way this must be fixed immediately. I pay money for skills that work.
